I have been purchasing Penis Envy fresh mushrooms and drying them in the oven, then chop them. As you can imagine, it was very time-consuming. I used these dried mushrooms instead and the result was amazing. I made loin lamb chops and the taste was awesome. I will never use the fresh mushrooms again.
I have bought dried mushrooms many times. This is the first time that the mushrooms had ZERO flavor. They are also covered in grime and difficult to clean before cooking. Would not buy again.
